What is the prescription medication Clinoril®?

Clinoril®, or Sulindac, can help treat inflammation and pain that can result from rheumatoid arthritis, ankylosing spondylitis, gouty arthritis, and osteoarthritis, and soft tissue injuries like tendinitis and bursitis.

Clinoril® should be taken with food.

What are the possible side effects of the prescription medication Clinoril®?

Some side effects you might experience while taking the prescription medication Clinoril® are: a bdominal pain, indigestion (dyspepsia), ulceration of the stomach or intestine, bleeding from the stomach, retention of water in the body tissues (fluid retention), resulting in swelling (oedema), blood disorders, kidney disease, inflammation of the pancreas (pancreatitis), severe flaking of the skin (known as toxic epidermal necrolysis), narrowing of the airways (bronchospasm), liver damage, severe swelling of lips, face or tongue (angioedema), and a rash in the form of an allergic reaction.
